Sushi Chef Jeff Richmond has been in sushi and Japanese cuisine for 14 years. He studied authentic Japanese cuisine and sushi in Japan. Jeff managed sushi at the Kona Grill for 6 years, and helped Ra and Sushi on Shea, both Scottsdale restaurants.
Sushi Chef Dave Feimster worked at Kona Grill and started the sushi bar at Oba Chine, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant at the Biltmore. Dave also worked at Spago another Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Beverly Hills.
